The Annual RPI Conference is an intimate and exciting way to make long-lasting relationships that exponentially expand your business, with approximately 175 recognition professionals attending each year.

RPI members range from Fortune 500 companies to medium and small businesses across all sectors. Exhibit Space

The exhibit hall will be located in a vibrant, high traffic area with both breakfast and break stations available. Each exhibit space includes one (1) 6’ table, a table linen, one chair, and a wastebasket. Electricity can be purchased through the hotel directly. We will send further information on how to purchase additional items through the hotel once registration is complete. We expect exhibit space to sell quickly. All exhibitor and sponsorship options will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Booth Representative

Each booth comes with one exhibitor representative pass.  The exhibitor representative pass includes access to the meeting and online conference materials, plus admission to the Monday and Tuesday sessions, the Sunday and Monday receptions, and the Monday night offsite event at the Wildhorse Saloon.  Additional booth representative passes can be purchased for $495 each.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before March 30, 2018 will receive a refund of 50% of the exhibit fee. Cancellations must be made online here. Refunds for exhibit space will not be given after March 30, 2018. Exhibitors who purchased a sponsorship will not be allowed to receive a refund.
